Felici Beati

Felici Beati in Italian means happy blessed and it is also the translation of the name and surname of Felice Beato, Italian British photographer and adventurer who documented newly opened Japan at the end of XIX century. He is also known for being one of the first travel photographer and for this reason, I took inspiration from his work to portrait the people I met in my first trip to Japan in 2004.
